The machine is used in the filed of plate-making such as pad plate, screen plate, hot stamper plate, resin plate. when you put the film onto the plate into UV exposure machine, start it, the emulsion on the plate will appear a unseen imagine. this is important process on all plate-making technology.

1. TP serial exposure machine has many advantages such as even illumination, stable light power control and light wavelength and high vacuum extent. It is applicable to the web exposure of high accurate lines, microdots and high intensive web lines.
2. The automatic TP serial exposure machine is very easy and convenient to operate that the steps of air pumping, exposure and air exhaust are automatically finished at one time.
3. Its micro-computer controlled memory modes of 20 groups can be allocated at any time, which brings much convenience to the operators.
4. Regarding the light reflecting cover design, it employs computer simulated test, chooses the best angle to equip, and uses German imported light reflecting material which enables even illumination.
5. The sophisticated light power control equipment, which controls the web exposure by absorbed light power rather than simply by the light absorbed time, ensures the exposure accuracy. It thoroughly gets rid of the problems such as web lines discrepancies, insufficient exposure and line diameter distortion which may be brought by insufficient electric pressure, worsening light tube and unstable light tube start-up.
6. It uses American no-oil and no-noise vacuum pump whose vacuum extent can reach 680 mmHg or above. It is also equipped with American high-tension 1.5mm cloth-pattern ultraviolet vacuum rubber, which is aging-resisting and enables even and fast vacuuming.
